In this session\, we will be utilizing shared experiences around diabetes management to find commonalities in instances of burnout to avoid and pull out of burnout ruts. We will also discuss realistic goal setting in relation to daily diabetes management. \nYoga for Kids\nYoga instructors with Full Circle Yoga & Therapy will be offering complimentary yoga practices throughout the day for kids and youth attending the summit. \nThis event is FREE to attend for the whole family.
