My approach to therapy honors each of my client’s unique life experiences, positive and negative, with a trauma-informed framework of care. I use this perspective to guide each client in accessing their strengths and building skills in order to increase resilience and experience greater life fulfillment.
I employ a variety of therapeutic modalities to conceptualize problems and create interventions. These modalities include EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, and treatments rooted in the latest neuroscience.
